Brand Strategy

We begin by clarifying the foundations of your brand: your mission statement, unique selling proposition (USP), and target customer.

 

You’ll also gain a deep understanding of your key competitors and create a clear sales strategy, including setting your retail price points (RRP) and determining the sales channels that are align with your brand. 

Design & Sourcing

I’ll support you to take your design idea from 2D to 3D, connecting you with designers, pattern makers, and manufacturers as needed, and tapping into my 17 years in industry to provide advise on commercial design strategy.

 

I will also work with you to source the right materials for your brand ensuring they live up to your and your customer's expectations.

Range Development

Typically, it takes 2-3 rounds of sampling before your collection is ready. I will facilitate smooth communication with your factories, mills, and suppliers to make this process as efficient as possible. I can also provide guidance during fittings and help you refine your designs to perfection.

At the same time, we'll work on developing packaging that reflects your brand's image and values. 

Production

Once your samples are approved, you will have my support to finalise factory costings, set payment terms, and ensure your delivery schedules are locked in.

 

I’ll help you create a critical path to manage timelines and ensure a successful, stress-free launch.

Initial Strategy Session: We’ll start with a 60-minute strategy session to define your 3-month goals.


Weekly Meetings: Every week, we’ll meet on Google Meet to set priorities and plan your next steps.


Unlimited Daily Contact: You’ll have unlimited access to me via email for ongoing support.


In-Person Representation: I’m available to attend key meetings or trade fairs on your behalf to ensure your brand is professionally represented.​​

What kind of budget do I need to have in place before we start?

You should have enough budget to cover initial product development, sourcing, and manufacturing. While exact costs depend on your product range, I can help guide you on estimated costs during our initial strategy session.

How long does the process usually take?

Each brand is different, but most clients work with me for between 6 - 12 months to see their idea through to launch. Some might take a little longer depending on the complexity of their collection and production needs.

Do I need a design or fashion background to start?

No, you don’t need to be a designer or have prior fashion experience. I work with entrepreneurs at all stages, helping you connect with the right designers, pattern makers, and manufacturers. My role is to bridge the gap between your vision and the technical side of launching a fashion brand.

What if I want to launch a small collection?

That’s absolutely fine. Whether you want to launch a capsule collection or a full range, I’ll tailor the approach to suit your goals and capacity.

Can you help with sustainable sourcing and production?

Yes, sustainability is at the heart of everything I do. I’ll ensure your materials, suppliers, and production processes meet the highest standards of ethical and sustainable practices.

The total cost of the package is £5,970 and it is designed to be affordable with monthly payments of £995 per month spread over 6 months.

What if I don't have the budget?
